Mandatory when fitting tall handlebars to any Harley. This clamp is for 1 1/4" handlebars with 1" risers. If you have an original handlebar from 2000 to 2013, you have a 1 inch handlebar. The great thing about this clamp is that it has 3 set screws that need to be tightened after the handlebars are where you want them to finally reduce the torque. Make sure you go higher than 10-12 inches on the bars, you have that strong clamp with set screws. The higher you go, the more pressure is withdrawn. This is the best clamp I've ever seen.
