The ability for your customer file information in one place! It is super easy to use, navigate through with ease of access from anywhere at any time. I love how quickly you can have an account set up as it's very similar process that we would do if using our desktop software (Sales Cloud), so no training needed there either. If anything, I wish they could add more fields/features but this has been updated since launch too many times which was great because some things just got fixed after updates were released. File uploads into SFDC are much easier now due to being able to link directly back to my customers' files that reside within MyDrive or Gdrive. This also makes finding specific documents really quick.
