Review on Datko by Todd Phillips

I like that it is very easy to use, the customer service team is great and they are always willing to help! The only issue I have with the product is that sometimes it takes a while for the software to load. This is not really an issue though because everything else about the software is amazing. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to automate their business processes. We are using Datko to automate our marketing campaign process. This has saved us so much time and we are able to focus more on other aspects of our business. I like that it is very easy to use, has an intuitive interface for new users as well. There are many features but can be overwhelming if you're not familiar with this software or using similar products such as Microsoft Dynamics GP. We have had success in replacing manual data entry workflows from Excel spreadsheets into our ERP system (MSDynamics). This tool allows us create rules which automatically input information when certain conditions exist.
