Without a doubt, this cuff is a miracle. My son fractured his shinbone playing baseball and it was clarified by Ortho that crutches were not needed after his cast was removed, but my son still felt aches and pains in his toe and heel bone so severe that he it still needed to take painkillers. I looked at ankle sleeves and Copper's compression sleeve had the best reviews on the market. The sleeve arrived on time and the moment my son put the sock on he was able to walk with a crutch. On the 3rd day my son walked freely with no lameness or pain. I'm thinking about buying him another one so he can always have it with him. I highly recommend this case, especially for young men and women who are active in sports. Thanks again to the seller and manufacturer of this case. Truly a miracle in the form of a sock :)
