Review on Avantree Bluetooth Headphones Comfortable Compatible by Sam Lee

I liked this product at first. Bought at the end of March 2019. The sound is good, the headphones stayed, the battery lasts perfectly. Then, after a week and a half, it started turning off. Then today 4/16/19 he passed out and now he won't load, won't turn on, nothing. I asked for a replacement, luckily he chose to die before the return deadline. If the replacement is of poor quality I will switch to another manufacturer. 04/18/19: I received the replacement yesterday and was very pleased with the quick turnaround. Luck quickly faded when it failed to pair with my phone after charging a new one. This one comes back too. I am so disappointed. For the price I thought it was good value for money. But if what you're spending your hard-earned money on doesn't work as described. You will find another alternative. Changed product rating by one star. Customer service gets 5 points for quick problem solving.
