I was curious to see how they work, I actually got them for hen party gifts I made. They come in individual packages, all folded. You unroll one, find two stretchy bands, hold the large band between your fingers and as you slowly move the thin band towards you, a loop begins to form. A suggestion. Don't play with them too much. I made this on my first one and it almost fell apart. Not good at all! This is a good space saving idea to keep in an envelope instead of a box!
