I'm a guy and I wear this under my buttoned shirt when I travel. Unless you put a ton of stuff in it, it doesn't stand out. This is really useful if you don't like carrying a lot of stuff in your pocket. It fits a passport and a stack of cash. Only for light things! If you have a heavy phone or a thick wallet, it can sag and bulge too much. There is a button down strap that attaches to one of the straps of the bra (ladies). I use a strap to attach it to my shirt. It's soft, breathable and I wear it very comfortably in hot, humid weather.
