I definitely love the reversible plate which makes it easy to cook different types of food without any additional equipment. I washed it before use but it still smelled bad. I think it was so new that it needs a few uses before it goes away. The temperature control is very easy to use and can be set for slow cooking or fast grilling. The last and most important is the size. You can't expect to find much more than a real grill. But I did a lot of research and I'm glad I made that choice. The size looks small but you can actually cook a lot more on it than you think, I was very surprised. I love to cook and this has made cooking a week much easier and faster.
