I finally got rid of the brassiness in my hair in one application! ULTRA BLUEπ
I love this blue toner! I had too much brass in my hair and mixed it with ION Sensitive Scalp Developer 20V and what a difference! This is way better for brass than WellaT18 and WellaT11! I had no irritation compared to other tonics. If you want to go beyond a lighter level 8, I recommend using 30v-40v for light blonde to platinum if you want to get rid of reds or pinks! I went for 40 minutes.
