Review on 📷 SE - udc5 Dummy Sensor Security Camera - FC9955 Black: Enhancing Your Security with an Authentic Appearance by Johnny Pigao

The product I received looks very similar to the picture in the current description. Black base is 4-1/2" in diameter and overall base/dome height is 3". All-plastic construction with a small imitation camera lens and a flashing red activation LED next to it. A black inner dome covering the back of the "camera". The visor is fixed at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, so when hanging it must face in the general direction. The base has 2 opposing screw holes for wall/ceiling mounting with a slight twist so it takes some planning to get it right (2 screws and extra plastic anchors included). Contrary to the photo description, my red LED is on the side of the base of the camera lens (and not on the side of the dome as shown in the picture). The dome is spring loaded and easily pushes into the base. The product packaging mentions an ON/OFF switch, but there is no such switch. The mentioned motion sensor behind the camera lens does not exist either. When 2 AA batteries are installed, the red LED will flash continuously at about 1 second ON and 1 second OFF. Removing the bottom panel reveals 2 wires going from the battery compartment to the flashing LED, this is all the internal circuitry. For €4 I think it's good. The flashing light adds extra realism to the illuminated area and draws attention in the dark area. With 24/7 flashing, I need to see how long a few batteries last before deciding if it's really worth using the feature. The batteries are in the base, so you have to take the device off the wall to change the batteries.
