They work best for single issue current comics of all the brands I've tried; others tend to have more extra space on the sides. They fit snugly on their respective supports, wide enough to accommodate thicker issues like annuals but not leaving too much room for regular issues. They're a bit inconsistent in quality, but no more so than other brands' cases. Comic (or trading card, for that matter) covers. Sometimes you'll get one that's a bit narrower or wider than the others, and quite often the first few are crumpled at the top of the stack, but they're cheap enough not to complain about. Just accept that out of every 100 you will most likely throw away 6 or 7.
