I recently received a Canon 6D as a gift and couldn't believe how much heavier it is than my T2i. That's what you get when the case isn't plastic anymore, right? However, the lens I use with the 6D was also longer than I'm used to, so I had a few issues: 1. My neck was beating me to death after wearing a traditional neck strap. I usually have lower back pain, so to add to that, it's a big no-go. 2. My lens was sticking out of my body and was hit first. I also started getting stuck on the lens because it was just "there" and getting in the way. This strap is my favorite thing in the whole world. Well it's in the top 10 there. why do i like it 1. It is comfortable to wear. The weight of the camera rests on my hips, not my stomach. The tension that was once in my neck/back has shifted to my shoulder. (And my shoulder is used to carrying the weight of a wallet.) 2. It protects my camera. Because my camera hangs down, the lens is protected from knocks and bumps. I can easily protect him whether I'm carrying a child, walking through a crowd, or shooting.3. I want to carry it, which means my camera is always close at hand. This strap makes it easier for me to pick up and put down the camera when I need it. I can move, jump, climb things and I don't have to worry about my camera. I especially love the wrist strap which provides extra security and makes me feel like a special agent.4. It's stylish and suits me. I'm a female human and I'm only 5 feet tall. This strap is adjustable so it fits me perfectly. I've seen several straps made specifically for women, but I was blessed with enough uppers for women and didn't find it necessary to purchase a strap made specifically for women. It fits the bill (well, boobs). If you hate the silly white name tag, as another reviewer said, just cut it off. I hated it and cut it off within 5 minutes. Now I'm a super fashion photographer.
