The sheet in this set has top (barely visible) and bottom (almost invisible) seams that you need to find to get the sheet onto the mattress. There is no easy way to attach a sheet without trial and error. All sides and ends have elastic, unlike most fitted sheets which only have elastic on the sides or ends. But once the sheet fits perfectly. The top blade of this set is also different from most blade sets. The top sheet isn't actually long enough to be tucked more than a few inches under the mattress, which raises concerns that the top sheet might come loose if you move around a lot while you sleep. So far mine hasn't come loose even though I REALLY move, so maybe this issue doesn't bother me as much as I first thought. If I had to do this over and over again I would worry less about thread count and just get some quality 400 TC reeds for less than half the price. However, the leaves are attractive.
