Not sure what they mean by drying power so I left 3. I have hair mid buttocks 6ft so it's long. Before Panten became a floor wax cream for your hair, I used it for many years. I never liked that overly slippery feel or the way it unraveled and just mimicked moisture. They have detangled it for the last 2 years but it still leaves my hair with a light coconut scent which has been a delight for a number of years. I think I've used it intermittently for almost 15 years. I keep coming back to this! Without this balm I would have had my hair cut long ago. In the summer, I add some coconut oil to my freshly washed hair to keep it from drying out in the sun and wind. My hair is thin, like a baby's, but there are a lot of them, so they get tangled, break, dry and weigh me down. I want healthy, bouncy hair, not tangles, and these products help me achieve that.
