All I can say is TERRIBLE! I saw this product on diff and fell in love but it didn't get the best reviews. Found it again on Amazon with 50/50 ratings, they either liked it or got it with bad paint or crooked doors. Most of the complaints seemed to come from people who ordered white (uneven color, too shabby color etc) so I ordered brown and it is absolutely perfect! The doors align, they slide so easily it looks problematic, but not sloppy or cheap. It's light enough to be hung easily, yet feels strong and durable. Seems they have improved the outboard component since I read another complaint about it. Yes the template is junk but I'm used to hanging without templates. The actual suspension mechanism is great and has some flaws. I love that I can hide all my purchases by quickly opening the door when company comes! I am 100% satisfied!
