Review on GeoTrellis by Eddie Duncan

I love how intuitive it is! It's been easy for me to get up & running with this software. The support team at GTL (GeoTrellis) has also helped answer my questions in an efficient manner that allowed me to keep moving forward without any setbacks. There are some things about GeotrelliS which don't seem like they would be beneficial but have actually worked out great. For example - if you're used to working from WGS-84 projected points / coordinates and need to work off your own CRS then make sure there’s no other way around doing so before using GTL. Some people may find their needs addressed by another program or toolset out there already however when compared side by side I believe GeotrelliS offers many more features especially since these specific functions weren't available until now.
