The best thing about this product was its ability to connect directly through API's from any other system or software we use internally at work (Salesforce). This made it very simple for us as developers/support staff because there were no additional coding required beyond what already existed within SalesForce itself - which makes perfect sense since they are both built using Oracle technology. We had some issues connecting via API but after contacting support their team helped resolve them quickly so I would say give them time if you have questions during setup process. Our customers love being able to see transactions online without having access to multiple systems like CRM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors etc.,.
