I like the unusual tactile texture of the sides and top of these baskets, which is pleasing to the touch and visually appealing. The baskets are fairly sturdy, although I wouldn't put a couple of heavy hardback books in them and keep moving the baskets as I think wear and tear will show. I initially had mixed feelings about the velvety lids, but it grew on me and I decided I liked them. The containers store neatly when folded (except for the lids which the bound container lays neatly on top of) and then slide out simply and beautifully when a storage container is needed. I would have preferred the handles on the narrow end to the sides, but they're still great for my use, and having the narrow end pointing out can be neater than having a handle there. Overall build quality, aesthetics and functionality are excellent so far so I'm happy with them. Thank you for reading.
