It seems to have been done wrong on the Galaxy S10.

I first got Encased when I had a Galaxy S7 and now that I've switched to a Galaxy S10 I've ordered a new case for my new phone . I've never had any problems with the S7 case. But the S10 case is very tight, so tight that I have to force it in and out. And as you can see in the attached photo, the side of the power button is broken off. Thank you!
