I bought this Love Tree case for my MacBook Air 13. I opted for a non-rigid case. It hides the Apple logo and makes the laptop look like a notepad - I'm fine with that, I don't want to advertise "it's an expensive thing". It protects your laptop from small dents and bumps. I had no problems with overheating, even after several hours of use. I went for a distinctive design so no one would "accidentally" keep it for themselves.
