All right. I have a feeling this is one of those products that has a million fake reviews to boost its ratings. It's not scary BUT nothing is straight forward. This is a 3 star product. The main poles are strong but slightly bent, none of the glass cups are installed symmetrically, one of the bulb receivers is not installed properly, so one bulb is tilted. Given the $89 price tag, I would have tried a different product if I knew what I know now. Remember that bulbs are not included, each of which costs an additional $7 if you want "antique amber" as shown in the pictures.
