Really cute with a black one piece underneath.
I'm 5'6" with a long torso and bought a small. I would say get your normal size but if you want a relaxed / slightly oversized fit, go up one. I think it looks best with a one piece swimsuit but you could wear a 2 piece too. If I had the white one I would pair it with a white one piece. Cute coverup and great price!
