Review on 🚫 Sennheiser HD-201 Lightweight Over Ear Headphones - Discontinued Model by Sean Sean ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

There are several shortcomings, but, it corresponds to the norm.

After going through all of the comments, I felt compelled to say something because I strongly disagree with many of them. They are better suited for people with small ears and the Chinese. Many people have written that the headphones are comfortable. I wouldn't say that they are because the headphones themselves are quite average in size, not serious. As a result, the ear pads are small in diameter, the ears barely fit in there, and the headphones themselves are not serious. They write little bass - these are the people who are accustomed to the perverted sound They write fragile wires - I don't agree, ordinary, high-quality wires (thick elastic insulation and stranded twisted wire inside) The wires are flimsy and the wires are of excellent quality (boom-tyts). The sound produced by the headphones is rather well balanced, with a slight hollow in the centre, but neither the lows nor the highs are particularly prominent. I would say that the lows are really nice; they are present, they are audible, there is an amplitude, and those who are concerned that they do not have sufficient bass can adjust the bass control up. When listened to at medium frequencies, certain compositions have a picture that is half-dead. The sound quality of extremely high-quality headphones in general. I would also like to bring your attention to the construction of the headphones: they are not intended for use at high volumes, the diameter of the capsule is relatively small (approximately 3 centimeters), and the capsule operates in a compartment that is relatively small and takes up approximately one third of the volume of the hemisphere. What's notable is that the capsule compartment is connected to the ear space by huge windows; this means that the front of the membrane and the return line from the back of the capsule both converge in your ear, in the ambyuchure.

Pros
  • closed, an adapter for 6.3 was included in the package
Cons
  • little ear pads designed for those with smaller ears supply of wires to the hemispheres in a symmetrical pattern (fraught with wire breakage in case of force majeure)
