I have a normal skin type (I don't have sensitive skin). I've only used this face mask twice so I don't know if the brightening aspect really works but I have to say I love how soft my skin feels after using it. Unlike other face masks, I don't have to rinse my face after use. It dries well and doesn't leave a sticky feeling on the face and neck like other face masks have. There is definitely a ton of extra serum in the pack. I usually rub the excess onto my neck and arms. My procedure: 1. Before putting on the mask, wash your face and neck with a cleanser and toner. When I put on a mask, there's a lot of serum in the mask, so I usually apply the excess to my neck and arms. I wear the mask for 15-20 minutes and then take it off.4. Allow the serum to dry on its own - no sticky residue. Whether the lightening aspect really works or not I will buy it again if I run out because I really like how soft my skin is after using it.
