Review on TISUR D Rings Shackle Horseshoe Leather by Dawn Fischer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect for making a keychain!

So why should I buy this? Simply put, no one makes a truly durable keychain with a screwdriver. My hobby is photography and one of the things I need on a daily basis is a 4mm Allen key or a Torx T25 key. Most keychain "multi-tools" only have a 4mm hex, and they're all big and bulky, with all sorts of crap like bottle openers and clips just there to add volume. within a few weeks since they are glued. I won't shame them by naming them, but they ALL suck. I know this because I spent almost $100 to try them all at Revain. don't trust me Check out my purchase history. i built one I bought a heavy duty $25 1/4" bit adapter that uses a spring loaded locking bearing to hold the bit, not a magnetic one. To secure the ratchet, there are two 2.5mm holes on the other end of the holder, perfect for attaching this horseshoe brace. This clamp is perfect for the bit holder I chose. This allows me to attach it to my keychain and also provides leverage for tightening and loosening screws on my tripods, ball heads, clamps and camera tripods. I can also use a levered shackle to add real torque if needed. If you're a photographer fed up with crappy, unwieldy multi-tools that supposedly were made for 'us', just do what I did and make your own. It can be three times the price of any other bit driver keychain, but this one works and lasts a long time.

Cons
  • Exorbitant price
