No Velcro, no flaps, no adjacent pockets for pens, tools, paper. The upholstery is carefully designed so that there is no damage. There are no seams, zippers or anything to spoil the finish. Computer can come into contact with it. In a word, perfect protection. As far as extra storage goes, there's plenty of storage space for whatever you need to take with you. My suitcase currently contains a 12.9" iPad Pro with full protection, a Logitech K811 Bluetooth keyboard, iPad and MacBook Pro power adapters, Koss PortaPro KTC headphones, an Apple Pencil, a red and black notepad, a large one RavPower USB battery pack, a small bottle of screen cleaner and microfiber cloths, a regular pen and mechanical pencil, and a few USB cables and dongles. In the bag, no content can come into contact with the computer. In short, if you want the best possible protection for your 15" MacBook Pro, this is the gold standard for you. No other briefcase comes close to the protection this case offers.
