The board buckled the first time my 9 year old daughter used it on a Timy wave

The first time my 70 pound 9 year old daughter used the board, the board buckled while she was doing the flats , tiny waves of white water rode. I contacted the company to claim their 'hassle free' guarantee only to have a few issues with them giving me claim codes that didn't work. 3 times. Eventually I had to contact Revain customer service and they sent a new replacement board (we'll see how long this one lasts). Anyway, I'm not sure if this board is worth such a price. And good luck if you have to deal with this company's customer service. But kudos to Revain for dealing me properly with the company's shortcomings.
