I have a similar set in black that I have used for over 15 years. I recently (temporarily) moved into an apartment while recovering from some health issues and needed a navy blue set. It's very hard to find decent looking coasters in navy so I was very happy to find these - the same design as my favorite black coasters. I actually have them in a different holder (for aesthetic reasons), but I'm happy to report that they do what they're designed to do: protect my wooden furniture from rings and splatters. It's big enough to fit in my coffee mug in the morning and does a good job of catching condensation from my iced tea in the afternoon. Best of all, I can lift my glass and the coaster stays in place! It does not stick to glass. I'm happy to buy another set in a different color if I ever need it.
