Bought this blanket mainly for myself. After hearing all the hype I thought I might benefit from this blanket. But the first person to try it was my husband. He slept so well and woke up very rested. So the next evening it was my turn. NOT CORRECT! My 15 year old decided he wanted to be there to try it. He said he slept well with him too. So now I'm definitely excited. I have so many sleep problems as well as restless legs. Although I haven't had that experience. I found it too hard for me and it shouldn't have been. Even though it felt like a hug, I realized that I don't like hugs when I'm asleep, but it's relaxing when I'm awake. It really eased the feeling of restlessness in my legs, which was nice. It may not be comfortable for me to sleep under, but my husband likes it. The quality is excellent, very well made. It's not hot to sleep under, as you might imagine. Comes with a storage bag. All in all, this was a great purchase.
