Too long: my review
Got these for my daughter's Halloween costume and she's starting to wear 4T so I bought her a 3/4. They fit her waist perfectly, but they are SO LONG! She can wear them but they are all crumpled up and very loose on her legs, not tight at all like leggings. Haven't decided yet whether to return her or not as she still needs that color for her costume and I'm having trouble finding royal blue in anything else.
