I bought a dual monitor set because I have two HP monitors (27er and 27f) and bought a dual monitor mount. Installation is easy, I did everything myself. These mount adapters are durable and well designed. I think any issues or imperfections are due to the design of the HP monitor mount/port. However, I feel that the stabilizer at the top of the mount helps with that. I move my monitors around a lot (slide them when I'm done, adjust them depending on what type of work I'm doing, etc.) and I'm not concerned about stability. The back of each of my monitors is slightly different, but that doesn't seem to affect the fit or stability. I had a delivery issue (one mount was sent instead of two) but Human Centric responded to my message within minutes (very fast!) and within an hour of sending them my email information they sent me one additional bracket adapter and an estimate for the delivery time. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of their customer service. I have attached pictures. A white back monitor is a 27 and a black back monitor is a 27f.
