so i have used it about 4 times and i want to be honest it works but i have a hard time keeping it in certain positions. I found out why it gave me some trouble in the beginning and it was because of the settings, it's actually a bit annoying until you figure it out and learn how to use it every time but once you get it right it becomes Won't hurt you it does its job with no pain in certain areas shocks me love this product just wish it was easier to use than neck and shoulders it's hard you may need help if it's the lower back , and I'm a tall man, but I still recommend it if people don't have problems like For me it's quite strong, just find out the settings and manage your position, you should be happy :) I wanted to be honest, I hope , maybe it's all over
