This was ready for the right hand and it wasn't clear at first how to switch the metal splint to the left but it is intelligently designed and I like the gray color. I'm so glad I did the research within two weeks of my wrist surgery. The doctors put it on me in the hospital with gauze underneath when I went for cast removal and I was also able to use a cotton sock to avoid itching. I've read reviews on here that this splint is for a small hand, but I have a 7" wrist and it fits me like a glove. However, I would not recommend this for anyone with a wrist size larger than 8 inches in circumference. Overall a great product.
