Cheaply made and arrived broken

I bought this for the bride's bachelorette party. She brought it with her and only noticed when I arrived that the clip had been torn from the veil. We had to go to great lengths to find a liquor store to buy safety handles to fix it and get it working. This was a major inconvenience and the product was cheaply made.
