Ordered 2 pieces. One received today and the second should be received on Monday. They were supposed to be NEW but the packaging was opened and then sealed with tape. The battery pack was also opened. There is no cable. We wanted to go ahead and abandon them, but when we tried them out, the boost noise just buzzed really loudly. Hoping that the one not received will be better.
