Like many people I know who are forced to park in handicap spaces and use the plastic placard you have to hang on your mirror, the problem comes because it’s against the law to drive around with the placard displayed…takes away part of your view ahead. Anyway, so each time you stop you have to retrieve the placard from wherever you stored it and then hang it on your mirror. For me and many of my friends, we forget to hang it and risk getting ticketed for parking illegally.
