Product was not sealed or wrapped when unpacked. Instead, the body of the product itself was labeled and thrown into a bag. I can't say with absolute certainty that this is fake or has been used before, but it's not hard to imagine. Since I'm crazy, I used it anyway. It stung my eyes when I used it and I made several attempts. I've used many brands of eye makeup remover over the years and I can't remember the last time something really caught my eye. I won't use the rest of the bottle. I can't tell if the product is genuine and disagree with me or if the product is not authentic/fake. Anyway, disappointed with this purchase. It goes in the trash.
