All the reviewers are ladies, and they all say the foam doesn't work; after using it, their skin becomes just as greasy as it was before. The lack of reviews and other information led me to purchase this washer blindly. She cleansed her face at home before going to bed and again before she left for work in the morning. Every day at midday, as a ritual, I look in the mirror while holding a stack of matting napkins. I wanted to yell, "Come on!" in response. And where is the pancake that always lands on my face? The arrival of the pancake two hours later was a positive development. However, the skin eventually adjusted to the wash, and the effect was mostly nullified. Yet when I stopped using the foam for a while, it worked again for another 1.5 months. Well, take it from me, the instrument is functional! Just give it some time. The consistency is about what I'd expect, the smell is nice, it's inexpensive to use, the pricing is reasonable, and it does a good job of cleaning. Everybody! Double up!)
