The tree was easy to put together, lots of detail but it only took about an hour. Decent quality but as other reviews have mentioned most of the wood is useless unless your cat is a kitten or very small. Most perches are not tall enough for an adult cat to scratch the posts, lie on them, or even sit comfortably, rendering more than half of the tree unusable. And the top pillows have soft sides, so no support. If your cats roll over there is nothing to stop them from falling down as the sides lack support. Every scratching post I've bought in the past has had hard sides on the top perches to prevent this. Overall, I wouldn't buy it again, nor would I recommend it to anyone with adult cats.
