The product is well explained and easy to install, once you are familiar with its setup steps.The customer service support has been excellent. The price as it is relatively cheap and very competitive to market.We have no negative feedbacks at all. It's worth trying if your website traffic is not heavy, otherwise you may end up paying more expensive products in the future. The product will definitely reduce cost for traffic management purposes. We realized that our traffic was too high and we were able to reduce server load capacity due to better optimization. I like that it is very easy to use, especially for someone who has no experience with this type of software. It takes some time to get used to how everything works but once you do it's great! The only thing that can be improved would be if they could have better customer service (sometimes there are issues when trying to contact them). There aren't too many other things at this point. This program helps us keep track of all our information so we don't lose anything.
