I wasn't sure about the sizing. On the middle it is written that the first size is 8/10, and on the big one it says that 10/12 fits. I have between 8 and 10, but I chose a large one just in case. Better a little too loose than too small. That's not bad. Maybe a little loose. But they are very comfortable. The belt ends at the level of the navel, but does not cover it. This is a flattering height. You can pull the sides a little to reduce the coverage a bit. They consist of 2 layers of fabric. Good quality.
