Depending on the body shape, the crotch cut leaves little to the imagination.
I'm 5'5" and 115 lbs. The little ones are great for my waist and hips but were oddly loose in the crotch and too small/skinny - I could feel if I was mine Legs spread too much (like you do 100% when swimming) the entire pool will be a little visible if you get what I mean the ratio of buttocks and thighs.
