I use it as a footrest to climb onto my loft bed and as a footstool when I sit on the edge of the bed. It supports my weight well (about 260 pounds) and also offers a soft seating experience. I love the storage space inside. Extremely easy to assemble, the box simply opens up, you stick a flat piece into the floor for support and attach the brackets/legs to the floor. Took less than 5 minutes.
