It's not chiffon! for fashionable scarves
This scarf is very fun and cute, it can be worn around the neck in different ways. When I ordered I thought I was getting a chiffon scarf and not something that feels like polished cotton but looks like silk or satin. I still wish it was chiffon as the name suggests but it's a great little scarf for an accent.
