In spite of its jamming issues, I really liked this printer (a year later it began to take paper badly, and once it turned off and the sun turned purple in the photo). Dedicated to serving in a loyal manner. My son's schoolwork and my own stack of documents all looked beautiful in color. Without any notice, I covered up. OK. The time has finally arrived to replace the printheads, I must say. Want to make an immediate purchase of them. BUT ! Nowhere! There is nowhere in St. Petersburg to buy them. There doesn't appear to be anywhere, not even HP, where you can buy a set of print heads model 3YP61AE. The cheapest I could find it for was $6,500 on Ozone, with international shipping taking three weeks. Around $40.00 less than the full retail price of the gadget. I'm fuming and frustrated.
