I am very happy with my INEVIFIT scale. So much so that I recommend it to all my clients. As someone in the fitness industry who helps people understand the difference between a healthy lifestyle and a consistent diet, I'm always looking for ways to help my clients achieve their goals. I use this scale to show my clients that it's not just about the amount of weight you see, it's the fat to muscle ratio. You choose your hydration level and how far you are from your workout. The idea of always waiting for a lower weight reading doesn't always mean better body fat percentage. So I simply encourage my clients to take measurements at the same time of day and under the same circumstances. Some pay for hydrostatic measurements and then take measurements on the scale at home. The measured values can deviate between 1% and 3%. But no matter what numbers they see that day, I tell them that it doesn't matter where you are, it matters where you want to go. If the numbers go in the desired direction, do the actual numbers matter? I can only recommend this scale and am very satisfied. Customer service was great. If I call and for some reason don't speak to anyone and leave a message, they always call me back on time. I can't wait to see what else they come up with to help me and my clients achieve more goals.
