I bought this product about a month ago as a work chair to use about 6 hours a day. It worked very well and was very comfortable. . . for 3 weeks. Then, a day after quite normal use, I sat down and the chair sank. All the way down Since I bought it as a high chair for my desk, it was useless as a short chair. My first step was to troubleshoot, play around with all the buttons and see if I could fix it myself. I could not. So I went to the company's website and filed a complaint asking for help in trying to fix the problem. Two weeks and no answer. So I applied through Revain. Another week and still no reply. It was the last thing I wanted to do, but eventually I had to replace the chair with a brand new one from another company. I am very disappointed; A good chair with a mechanical problem showed the total failure of this company and their customer service. They wasted my time and money and I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to waste yours.
