They don't work. The first pack only worked with one of the three, but I was so desperate to get it working that I superglued the second to the door. Now I'll probably have to pay for a new door when I leave this apartment. I emailed customer service and they sent me a new package, no change and no need to send it back. Good customer service but bad product. I found the problem is that the piece you have to put in the lock doesn't always sit flush with the lock and therefore can't stick to the door evenly. If the engineers can fix this, it will be a good product but otherwise useless. Don't waste money.
