The ease of use, simple interface with no confusing options that can be overwhelming at first glance! I really like how they have made it very user friendly by allowing you to choose from multiple formats or layouts when posting content. Also love the fact there are so many different ways to customize your page through their dashboard as well. There was nothing about this platform we did not enjoy using- great customer service throughout our entire experience (which has been over 4 years now!) They do everything possible to make sure all customers succeed in reaching out goals set forth within campaigns/plans created. It's easy enough for someone who isn't tech savvy but still wants something new. We've realized benefits such as increased exposure without having to pay outrageous amounts of money to companies looking to advertise similar products in other platforms. Benefits include greater reach into potential leads & sales which results in more revenue overall.- Less expensive than paying.
