Works better than expected! We have a 30ft trailer and there are barely enough stabilizers. We still have significant movement throughout the trailer when walking with stabilizers deployed. I bought this item to avoid putting so much stress on the stabilizers that they would be damaged. Let me tell you this product worked! Easy to install and deploy. I put it under our rear bumper and it really put the trailer at ease. I would rate this as a "must have" for anyone with a camper with cheap screw jacks. It's a simple and original design, like most great products. The two arms fold down on opposite sides of the support section. To unfold, stretch out your arms and point the two pins inward (as shown in the picture). Surprisingly, a simple cable tie is used to pull two hands towards each other and secure the brace. Simple instructions warn against overtightening, and you don't have to. Good product. **Edit** I forgot that this stabilizer comes in a handy carrying case. However, the sharp edges of the legs on the stabilizer tear the bag. Not sure how long that will take. This is literally the only negative at the moment.
